How it all works?
Remote support lets us securely access your computer from our office. Using trusted software and an internet connection, we can control your system as if we were right there with you.

Enter your name, then select Start a New Session.
The next steps depend on your operating system and web browser. In most cases, you’ll need to download our remote support program. The Downloads window usually appears automatically, but if it doesn’t, press Ctrl + J on Windows or Option + Command + L on Safari for Mac.
On Windows, open the downloaded ScreenConnect client and allow it to make changes to your computer. Follow the on-screen instructions carefully.
Mac users will see extra security prompts. Depending on your version of macOS, you may be asked to open System Settings and enable Accessibility Features, Screen Recording, and Full Disk Access.
If these steps seem too difficult or you can’t complete them, please bring your computer in or arrange an on-site visit instead.
Note: Remote support is available only on desktop and laptop computers. Tablets and phones aren’t supported.
