I spilt a homemade cleaning solution in the underneath of the laptop. Called Fix My Laptop in a panic and was welcomed to come straight in for a look at the damage. I walked in at 11am on a Saturday after calling just 30mins prior and had a resolution by 2pm the same day. My laptop was backed up 90% before I even walked out the door. Everything was saved and the laptop was salvaged which may not have been the case had they not responded to quickly! I received email updates throughout the time my laptop was being repaired and even images of their finding.
