When we started Fix My Laptop in early 2006 we had in mind to become a leader in non-warranty laptop repairs. Having been in the industry since the early 1990's we had identified real problems in having laptops repaired promptly and cost effectively. Unable to find a solution for ourselves we decided to become the solution....

We are pleased to advise that from October 3^rd 2009 we are opening a new Southside workshop at Unit 4, 46 Mt Gravatt-Capalaba Rd, Upper Mt Gravatt. Opposite Bryan Byrnt Ford and just down from Garden City. This will allow Southside customers and those with laptop problems who have not used us before closer access to our modern repair facilities.  

Our Concept - Fix My Laptop
Fix My Laptop represents a whole new approach to repairs of Laptop and Netbook computers. In the past it has been difficult to know where to go for non-warranty repairs when you want a fast, economical professional job.Because each laptop has many unique parts, and the difficulty to work on laptops, the average computer shop struggles, the warranty repair agents of Manufacturers cannot provide the level of service needed, and dealing directly with Dell and HP, etc, means frustration and delay as you are shunted to call centres that try to tell you "there is nothing wrong".
